You have 4 days after delivery to call for an exchange or refund on any of our shearlings. There is a 5% restocking fee on all refunds. Product must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.There are no exchanges on sale items unless we have them in stock. Shipping costs on exchanges are paid both ways by customer. Any shipping upgrades are paid by the customer. Special orders may not be cancelled. Delivery dates are estimates only.
